Qualification:
Middle/Matric
Professional Experience
Minimum 10 years of experience in a workshop environment with at least 5 years' experience in a supervisory role at vehicle workshop or similar environment.
Retired Army Subedar from Corp of EME are encouraged to apply.
Strong technical knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, repair, and maintenance procedures.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Experience in managing inventory within a workshop.
Responsibilities
Manage, supervise, and coordinate daily workshop activities, ensuring all maintenance, repairs, and services are completed on time and to high standards.
Monitor workshop performance and productivity.
Lead, support and provide guidance to workshop staff.
• Follow safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Conduct inception of tools and equipment and ensure they are in safe working condition
Track and report on inventory, ordering necessary parts and materials as needed.
• Handle inquiries and provide clear updates on repair timelines and costs.

Responsibilities
• Assist Workshop Supervisor in planning, scheduling and overseeing daily workshop activities
Ensure timely and effective completion of repairs and services.
Monitor workshop staff, providing feedback, guidance and support
Conduct preliminary vehicle inspections, diagnosing issues and determining necessary repairs.
Support inventory management, ensuring parts, tools and equipment are available and well-maintained.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs, supporting the workshop's documentation and reporting requirements.
Step-in to supervise, in the Workshop Supervisor's absence, managing daily tasks and team performance.
